RL with Shijima (Back dated to the catventures mini-plot)

[ A new...cat? Rin wasn't one to make stuff up, but Kyousuke knew that would be impossible. He knew every cat on the school grounds, and even had a name for each of them. But when Rin had come to him in the morning she saw a new one, he was just confused...

Did he carelessly create another one and not pay attention?

No, he didn't. At least...he thought he didn't. No one was perfect, after all.

Standing in the sports field, he scans the area for it. She saw it somewhere around here, right? He just had to figure out what was going on. ]

[ she hasn't had much interaction with the people here thus far. she's explored to her heart's content, but there's always much more to do then just looking around - and today it would seem that she has her chance to get involved the way she'd like. she recognises kyousuke from the community, although she doesn't recall much about him; he's as good of a start as any. better, even. being a community member almost guarantees that there's something interesting about him.

she sneaks up on him as quietly as she can and brushes up against the backs of his legs, purring. ]

[ He feels something against his leg, and quickly looks down. There's a white cat, rubbing against him, purring. ]

Lennon? What are you-

[ No. Lennon was collarless. This cat had a strange collar on it, one he did not recognize. So this was the cat. He smiles and bends down. ]

So you're the one, huh? Heh, you're really pretty. A lot different from the other cats. Makes me wish I had noticed you earlier. [ He pets the cat, now noticing it was female. ]

Strange, though. I don't remember making you.

[cattish]

[ she seems pleased by the compliments, nuzzling his hand, but she pauses at the last part. ah. making? so she has found an interesting person, then. and faster than she'd expected. but it's always hard to investigate people on her own, given that they're not wont to talking about themselves openly. still, she gives a curious trill and noses at his fingers. ]

[baaaaseball]

[ Heh. She was really cute. In response to her nuzzling, he began to pet her. ]

Hm. I wonder why Rin didn't approach you herself? She always seems to love the new cats. Maybe she could sense that you were different...? Nah. A cat is a cat to her.

[ He looked towards his watch. He still had time before going to class. Reaching his hand into his pocket, he pulled out some string. Maybe it'd like playing with it. ]

Here, catch! [ He began to move the string around her head. ]
